Wood-Grilled Berbere-Spiced Carrots

“Jodi Fyfe and Devon Quinn moved their restaurant from the West Loop to Avondale this year, allowing them to expand an onsite greenhouse — and their menu. For this can’t-miss savory-sweet side dish, Quinn seasons carrots with berbere, the Ethiopian spice blend, then adds a goat cheese purée, honey, and ricotta salata.”
