Chefs Devon Quinn and James Martin have teamed up for a delicious collaboration you won’t want to miss. Available only for the month of July, the Bocadillo Market Cadiz Tuna Sandwich brings bold Spanish flavors to Eden’s summer menu.
This limited-edition creation layers confit tuna with sweet piquillo peppers, manzanilla olives, esmee arugula, African basil, and garlic aioli, all nestled between slices of housemade semolina ciabatta. Inspired by the coastal flavors of Cádiz, this sandwich is a little taste of the Spanish coast. Catch it on Eden’s lunch and weekend brunch menu all July long!
