September Sandwich Collab

For September’s sandwich collaboration, Eden teamed up with Chef Paul Virant of Gaijin, Petite Vie, and Vistro Prime to create an Eggplant Parmesan Sandwich featuring crispy eggplant, marinara, fresh mozzarella, dressed arugula, and Parmesan. Available throughout September during lunch and brunch, with proceeds benefiting Green City Market.

Featuring Mersel Wine and Château Mont d’Almaz, the experience begins with a welcome cocktail and mezze, followed by a four-course dinner from Chef Devon Quinn with curated Lebanese wine pairings. Discover high-altitude vineyards, indigenous grapes, and a modern expression of Lebanon’s ancient winemaking culture.
