October Sandwich Collab

This month, we’re welcoming Sammy of Flock and Forage for our latest sandwich collaboration. Known for her sandwiches at Green City Market and her West Town shop, Sammy brings a breakfast-inspired creation to Eden’s lunch and brunch menus.

Built on Eden’s house-made torpedo roll, the sandwich features an egg omelet, crumbled Italian breakfast sausage, shredded gratin potatoes, sungold tomato confit, pickled sweet peppers and Werp Farms arugula.

A portion of the proceeds from the sandwich benefit Susan G. Komen. Don’t miss your chance to try this one-month-only collaboration, available at lunch and brunch through October.
