Eden is taking part in Chicago Restaurant Week from Friday, 1/23 through Sunday, 2/8 with lunch and dinner menus that reflect our seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking style. Both menus highlight local sourcing and bold, balanced flavors.
This month’s Sandwich Collab brings you The Mikey with Chef Mike Kubiesa. Mike’s approach is bold and straightforward, focused on layers of flavor and balanced textures that make every bite hit.
The Mikey layers housemade smoked roast beef, confit pork loin, and mortadella from Smoking Goose, stacked on our housemade hoagie and finished with ricotta salata, spicy greens, basil pesto trapanese, housemade smoked carrot giardiniera, and housemade salt and vinegar chips for crunch.
Available all February at lunch and weekend brunch. Get it while you can.
Walk-ins are available for brunch, lunch, and dinner, but reservations are recommended.
