Spanish Wine & Tapas Dinner

Wednesday, May 20th, 6 p.m.

 

Join Chef Devon Quinn for a one-night-only Spanish wine and tapas experience at Eden, inspired by his travels through Spain. The evening begins with a welcome vermouth cocktail and a selection of Spanish-inspired tapas, including Iberico ham carved to order, pan con tomate, cheeses, olives, and seasonal bites. Guests will then enjoy a four-course communal dinner with wine pairings.

Featured wines come from Can Bas, a historic, organic estate in Catalonia’s Penedès region, where vines have been cultivated for over two thousand years. These sparkling, white, and red wines reflect a deep connection to terroir and a philosophy aligned with Eden’s seasonal, ingredient-driven approach.

Celebrate Mother’s Day brunch in Chicago at Eden with a menu of seasonal specials and thoughtful touches for the occasion. Specials include Avocado Toast with beet-cured salmon, a Seafood Chopped Salad with lobster and poached shrimp, and classic Cocktail Shrimp. Make the day even more memorable with a beautiful assorted bouquet, available for $50.

April Sandwich Collab

This month’s Sandwich Collab features a “Cha Ca Style” Fried Whitefish Bánh Mì with Chef Andrew Zimmerman. Inspired by Northern Vietnamese chả cá, this sandwich brings a fresh, herb-driven approach to a crispy, flavor-packed classic.

The whitefish is turmeric-marinated, lightly breaded with a crunchy ground rice coating, and fried until crisp. It’s layered on a bánh mì roll with carrot-daikon pickle, cucumber, Kewpie mayonnaise, Maggi seasoning, and a mix of cilantro, mint, and dill. Finished with jalapeño, fried shallots, scallions, lime, and trout roe for brightness, texture, and depth.
Bright, crunchy, and layered with flavor, this sandwich highlights balance and technique in every bite. Available all April at lunch and weekend brunch.
