July Sandwich Collab

This July, Eden’s monthly sandwich collaboration celebrates the peak of Midwest summer with the Market Bratwurst, created in partnership with Steve and our friends at Nichols Farm. Built around the season’s freshest produce, the sandwich features sungold aigre doux, whole grain mustard, kohlrabi kraut, garlic scapes, dill pickle, sweet Vidalia onion, and a house-made bratwurst.

Available throughout July during lunch and weekend brunch, it’s a delicious tribute to local ingredients and the flavors of the season.
