Eden will be reopening in Avondale, where we will have ample parking steps away from a pristine path of trees, flowers, and other flora lining the Chicago River. We are planting our roots to build our community while staying connected with nature. Our brand refresh comes with designing a new space from the ground up, revisiting our menu and dining options, and building our on-site greenhouse. Eden will be the perfect place to enjoy food, find comfort, and make memories with those around you.
Harmonizing With Nature
The new space is modern following the look of a clean, yet relaxed and approachable aesthetic. The interior and exterior design is inspired by west coast and coastal Europe, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and comfort. The outdoor space includes a pergola decorated with foliage, connecting guests even more to our riverfront location. The new space will allow endless opportunities and memories.
Experiencing New Flavors
Our menu encapsulates flavors that hone in on seasonality, freshness, and quality. Breakfast, lunch, and happy hour will open in 2022, followed by full dining shortly after. Crafted cocktails will flow in tandem with the food, creating a harmonious course of flavors. We welcome you to try the new tastes and experience of eden.
Our on-site greenhouse will be providing a larger growing area inside and around the facility allowing us to continue our approach of using the freshest ingredients in each and every dish. A large part of planning the new structure was including sustainable and energy-efficient practices. With the greenhouse we are hoping to provide opportunities to educate, volunteer, and to invite you into the heart of our values.

Eden is ever-evolving, with a menu that embraces seasonal flavors that cultivate inside our on-site greenhouse or sourced locally from farmers and purveyors. In addition to the seasonal menu, there will be private dining, market offerings, and a bar with specialty crafted cocktails. With Chef/Partner Devon Quinn and Executive Chef Miles Schaefer at the helm, eden is unlike any other restaurant in Chicago.

By utilizing our on-site greenhouse, we’re able to ensure that the ingredients in every menu are truly fresh and all-natural. This allows us to add layers of uncompromised flavor and beauty to our food. We hand-pick daily, rinse with care, and cool each item to an ideal temperature. The greenhouse also allows us to simulate seasonal conditions to produce bountiful yields all year round.
