We’re thrilled to share that Jamaica Ponder with CBS2 featured Chef Devon Quinn, Chief Culinary Officer at The Paramount Group, for Earth Month. The two toured our on-site greenhouse, where they discussed year-round urban gardening and cultivating various herbs, edible flowers, and petite ingredients grown for eden and Paramount Events, collectively serving up to 2,000 people daily. They also delved into Devon’s early background in biology and his commitment to education on sustainable food production at The Paramount Group, whether on-site or in partnership with local farmers and growers.
