Erick Williams is the acclaimed chef and owner of Virtue. He has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand and a James Beard Award, and the New York Times recognized Chef Williams as one of 16 Black chefs who has reshaped American cuisine.

At eden, we appreciate Chef Williams’ industry leadership and mentorship. His Virtue Leadership Development Program is an incubator that promotes purpose-driven entrepreneurship by providing the necessary back-office skills to run successful businesses that make a positive impact.
