Choose Chicago’s James Beard Eats Week is coming up April 27th-May 7th. More than 130 restaurants will celebrate James Beard’s culinary legacy and Chicago’s vibrant food scene by creating a customized dish or menu inspired by the James Beard Foundation‘s namesake chef, a pioneer of American dining. What’s on our menu? Herb & Porcini Spätzle with smoked duxelle, green beans, bok choy, roasted peppers, crème fraiche, and an oil poached yolk.
