Valentine’s Day Make at Home Cocktail
With Valentine’s Day upon us, who doesn’t love a show stopper cocktail to impress your loved one, galentine or family?
We asked our in-house mixologist Alex to whip up a recipe you could make at home. So pull out the gin, garnish and glasses and get started!
- 1.5 oz Koval Gin
- .5 oz Aperol
- .5 oz Meletti
- .5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Luxard Grenadine
- 1 Egg White
- Freeze dried raspberry for garnish
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish the top with crushed up freeze dried raspberry.
