Our new Carrot Cured Walu Crudo, featuring a white asparagus purée, grilled asparagus, pickled strawberries, and red ribbon sorrel (picked daily from our greenhouse) is a prime example of seasonal. Also joining the menu is our Farro Risotto, Lamb Meat Balls Al Forno, and a Chicory and Citrus Salad composed of citrus supremes, sunflower seed vinaigrette, and Belgian endives. Hopefully, you enjoy the aromatic notes of the fresh oregano on the Farro Risotto as much as we do! (pictured on the right)

Raise your glasses to sunny days ahead and new items on our beverage menu. Try our refreshing Old Oasis with coconut-infused bourbon, caramelized pineapple and brown sugar syrup, and orange, peach, and grapefruit bitters or our aptly named Green House with citrus-infused Playpen vodka, cucumber agave, velvet falernum, lemon juice, and tarragon tincture. We also revisited our Elevenses and Streets Ahead, to put a little spring in their step.
