Five Must Try Dishes on Our Summer Menu

 

Though summer is nearing its end, Eden is still offering many delicious and unique dishes on the seasonal summer menu. Inspired by classic American cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, don’t miss out on these dishes that won’t be around forever. We’ve picked our five favorites below:

 

Grilled Summer Squash: duck confit, caramelized fennel puree, pickled gooseberry, coriander vinaigrette, pistachio, citrus, lovage

 

Suzuki Ceviche: tiger milk, smoked shoyu, persian cucumbers, serrano, strawberry, forbidden rice, sea salt

 

Tomato Salad: persian cucumber, castelvetrano olive, tamarind, summer squash, sunflower seeds, puffed rice, green goddess, herbs

 

Carta Fata Sea Bass: fennel, leeks, salsify, banana pepper, daikon, nasturtium vinaigrette
