Our re-envisioned Herbed Ricotta Gnocchi utilizes squash, pasta, brown butter, and sage to promote a classic flavor that everyone will enjoy. In the theme of simplicity, our Wild Mushroom Rotolo uses pasta as a vessel to highlight the flavor of the mushrooms sourced from Nichols Farm.
