From our Duck Confit A l’Orange using Chinese spices to highlight the sweet potatoes and duck to our Vadouvan Beet Salad looking to Indian beet chutney using coconut, curry, and cashew to create our own unique interpretation of the salad. Our re-envisioned Herbed Ricotta Gnocchi utilizes squash, pasta, brown butter, and sage to promote a classic flavor that everyone will enjoy. In the theme of simplicity, our Wild Mushroom Rotolo uses pasta as a vessel to highlight the flavor of the mushrooms sourced from Nichols Farm.
