We were so happy to welcome the winemakers of the Lineage Collection to Eden on Tuesday night. Guests were able to meet the winemakers who come from all over the world, try their wines and enjoy pairings from Chef Devon Quinn.
We kicked off the night out on our patio with bubbly by winemaker Jean Rémy, then continued the tasting inside the restaurant with winemakers including Jake Fetzer, Patrick Léon and José Luís Muguiro Jr. Each of the six wines were paired with bites from the Eden menu prepared by Chef Devon. Guests enjoyed Seared Scallops, Roasted Baby Beets salad, Grilled Rohan Duck Breast, Tea Brined Berkshire Pork Chop, Painted Hills Ribeye and Striped Bass, and had the option to purchase bottles of wine to enjoy at home as well.
