Chief Culinary Officer Devon Quinn appeared on Chicago’s very own WGN9 segment, representing Eden Restaurant, which recently moved from its West Loop home to a brand new space in Avondale. Chef Devon joined WGN in their Studio 41 kitchen with a look at what’s on the menu – his very own Herb Ricotta Gnocchi dish.
