Chef Devon Quinn and Chicago culinary icon Ina Pinkney, affectionately known as the ‘Breakfast Queen,’ have teamed up for a delicious twist on the classic egg salad sandwich. Available only in August, the Deviled Egg Salad Sandwich layers creamy egg salad with crisp Boston Bibb lettuce and tangy house-fermented cucumber pickles for just the right amount of zing. It’s all tucked between slices of housemade Japanese milk bread and finished with a sprinkle of smoked paprika for a hint of smoky warmth. Find it on eden’s weekday lunch and weekend brunch menu all August long — a summer special you’ll want to savor while it lasts.
Chef Devon Quinn and Chef D’Andre Carter of Soul & Smoke are teaming up for a one-night-only Summer BBQ feast on Sunday, August 24 at 5pm. This collaboration blends their distinct culinary styles into a vibrant, seasonal menu celebrating the flavors of summer. This exclusive event will be hosted at eden, where seasonality drives everything we do, from ingredients grown in our on-site greenhouse to produce sourced directly from local farmers. Soul & Smoke brings its signature bold and high-quality BBQ and soul food, crafted with fine-dining roots and a deep love for community. Together, the chefs have created a dynamic menu that reflects their shared passion for exceptional food and hospitality. Tickets are $150 per person.
Walk-ins are available for brunch, lunch, and dinner, but reservations are recommended.
