See you April 21- May 1 as we celebrate Chicago’s famous culinary scene with a special dish inspired by James Beard. Here’s what we’re serving: Ahi Tuna with Kaffir lime vinegar, kohlrabi, pea leaf, chili oil and smoked egg yolk.
